Description

We are looking for motivated, hard-working, and dependable team members to join our year-round property maintenance crew. This position includes

winter snow services

and

spring-fall lawn care work

.

Responsibilities include:

Snow shoveling, snow blowing, and applying salt/ice-melt Lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and weeding Mulch installation and general landscape clean-ups Assisting crew leads with property maintenance tasks Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Strong work ethic and reliability Valid driver's license preferred Ability to work early mornings, evenings, and during snow events Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Must be able to lift 40-50 lbs Prior landscaping or snow experience is a plus but not required

Pay:

Snow Labor (with a valid driver's license):

$28-$32 per hour

Lawn Care Labor (with a valid driver's license):

$23-$26 per hour

Pay rates vary based on experience and position
