Laborer

Laborers are an integral part of our crew. This position is responsible for performing routine manual and semi-skilled work on equipment used in day-to-day operations. This position may operate a variety of hand and power tools.

What Do You Offer Us:

Ability to use shovels, picks, axes, portable grinders and buffers, hand wire brushes, jackhammers, tampers, paving breakers and weed eaters Provide labor support as needed for specialty crew Perform general maintenance of construction equipment and vehicles Must ensure the proper use of personal safety equipment Follow all health and safety regulations when operating equipment Ability to pull, lift and carry heavy objects Dig pits, trenches, and foundations in preparation for job site construction Maintain a clean job site and to pick up all tools and equipment and secure the jobsite each day Perform job tasks in a safe manner in accordance with company policy Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned

What is Required:

Valid Driver's License High school diploma or equivalent Must be able to stand or walk for long periods with repeated lifting (Up to 50 lbs.), kneeling, crawling, climbing, and reaching Must be able to be a subject of loud work environments and be a subject of extreme weather fluctuations Flexibility of working long hours and the ability to work in all types of weather conditions and travel when needed Experience in the Construction or Pipeline industries preferred
