Laborer / Helper - Hiring ASAP
We are currently seeking a
Laborer/Helper
to join our teamimmediately
. This position offers steady, full-time work and opportunities to grow with a well-established electrical contracting company.Responsibilities:
Assist electricians and other crew members with daily tasks on job sites. Clean and organize work areas to maintain a safe and efficient job site. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment. Dig trenches, move supplies, and help prepare work areas as needed. Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely under supervision. Follow directions from supervisors and support the team wherever needed. Perform general labor duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Strong work ethic and reliability are a must. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks. Must have a
clean background
to access government projects as needed. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Previous construction or electrical experience is a plus, but not required.Benefits:
