Balfour Beatty Construction in Atlanta, Georgia is seeking a Laborer to join our team. The Laborer activities are coordinated with the Carpenter Foreman, Project Manager and/or the Superintendent to maintain productivity of the jobsite.

Essential Functions

=======================


Performs a variety of tasks to maintain productivity of the jobsite. Manual labor including but not limited to job site cleaning and maintenance. Demolition, stocking and moving of job site material. Hand digging. Works daily with brooms, wheelbarrows and small hand tools. Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

High school diploma preferred and on-the-job training required. Minimum 1 year or more of field or labor experience on a commercial construction site. Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or schedule form. Must be able to read safety rules, instructions in the use and maintenance of truck, tools and equipment, and methods and procedures. Understands safety rules and tool / equipment instructions.
