Duties

Communications experienced preferred (Cable, Fiber, Tele) but not a must Assist with site clearing, grading, and preparation to ensure safe and efficient work zones Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed for daily operations Support skilled tradespeople by providing necessary tools and materials promptly Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including removal of debris and waste Operate basic machinery and hand tools under supervision, following safety protocols Perform routine inspections of work sites to identify hazards or issues requiring attention Follow all safety guidelines diligently to ensure a secure working environment for everyone

Qualifications

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills Basic understanding of construction or landscaping processes is preferred but not required Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work effectively within a team Reliable attendance record with punctuality and dependability essential for daily operations Prior experience in manual labor or ground work is advantageous but not mandatory Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear at all times
