LAB FOCUSED DENTAL ASSISTANT

New Full-Arch Implant Center - Gilbert/Mesa, AZ (Baseline & Gilbert)

We're opening a boutique All-on-4 and full-mouth implant practice with a single mission:

Give people the confidence to smile, eat, and live life completely on their terms through world-class implant dentistry.

We're looking for someone who can 3D Print, paint and customize new smiles who can also help deliver these teeth to patients.

This is NOT your typical dental assistant job.

You'll spend your week:

Using digital technology to make your life easier 3D printing full-arch provisional teeth Custom staining, glazing, and characterizing teeth (artistic eye and steady hands = huge advantage) Delivering and seating provisional and final restorations chairside Helping patients understand how to clean and care for their new teeth Surgical assisting on life-changing full-arch cases
Must-have:

Active Arizona RDA license Artistic skills -- painting, sculpting, ceramics, model building, airbrushing, etc. (show us your portfolio!)
Nice-to-have:

2+ years chairside experience (implant or restorative preferred) Experience with 3D printers (or a proven ability to learn fast) Experience with Exocad, 3Shape, Asiga/MoonRay printers, or composite staining Previous in-house lab or same-day dentistry workflow X-ray certification
