Job Description

Job Title: Lab Quality System Analyst

Location: St. Paul, MN - 100% Onsite

Duration: 12 Months + Possible Extension/ FTE

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Lab Quality System Analyst to support laboratory systems and instruments while ensuring compliance with quality system and laboratory requirements. This role will serve as a subject matter expert for laboratory software, equipment, workflows, and system validation activities within a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support and administer laboratory systems and instruments Lead instrument qualification, protocol development, and report generation Perform software installation, validation, and document change management Support Chromatography Data Systems (CDS) and LIMS applications Draft system procedures and create training materials for lab personnel Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing system support Utilize advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, or related field 3-7 years of laboratory experience Hands-on experience with Chromatography Data Systems (CDS) Knowledge of LabVantage or other LIMS platforms Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite Experience with software validation in regulated environments
Job Type: Contract

Pay: $60.00 - $64.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Work Location: In person
