Summary:

Responsible for supervising the monitoring crew and monitoring of poultry flocks by performing their duties. Directly supervise the monitoring crew. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable law. Responsibilities include training employees, assigning, directing work, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.

Responsibilities:

Obtain blood and environmental samples for lab testing Farm visits with monitoring crew Assist in making weekly schedules for the crew Inventory supplies Annual reviews for the crew members Follow company policy and meet established procedures regarding bio-security, animal welfare, safety, ISO, drug, and alcohol policy Attendance is expected and required during normal working hours or during the assigned working schedule determined by the supervisor

Job Qualifications:

Must have a valid driver's license High school diploma or equivalent Must be able to read and write legibly Basic computer skills
