Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and possess excellent communication skills. This is a sales position and we are looking to promote people through the ranks when people have developed and mastered responsibilities that come with the job,

Responsibilities

- Provide counseling services to individuals or groups
- Assess clients' needs and develop treatment plans
- Offer guidance and support to clients facing various challenges
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients

-Sell memberships and personal training to clients

Skills

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients
- Ability to provide guidance and support in a compassionate manner
- Excellent listening skills to understand clients' needs
- Empathy and understanding towards clients' situations
- Experience in counseling or related field is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
