We are seeking an experienced
Kronos Workforce Management (WFM) Technical Consultant
with strong expertise inKronos WFC and WFD
. The ideal candidate will handle technical development, configuration, performance optimization, system upgrades, and reporting while supporting business requirements and integrations.###
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and development for
Kronos Workforce Management (WFC & WFD)
Perform
scripting and technical development
activitiesHandle
configuration changes
in Kronos WFC and WFD environmentsSupport
system upgrades, maintenance, and performance optimization
Develop and maintain
custom reports, CRT reports, and data views
in WFDPerform
data mapping and data transformation
activitiesSupport
timekeeping, scheduling, attendance, accruals, payroll, leave management, and device integrations
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions
Create technical and functional documentation
Assist with testing, deployment, and production support

Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience with
Kronos Workforce Management (WFC & WFD)
Expertise in
configuration and customization
within Kronos WFC and WFDExperience with
scripting and technical development
Knowledge of
performance tuning and optimization
Experience with
system upgrades and ongoing maintenance
Basic knowledge of
Dell Boomi integration
Strong experience with
CRT reports, custom reports, and data views in WFD
Excellent
written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite
(Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Functional Knowledge
