We're looking for

HAPPY, OUTGOING, and POSITIVE

individuals to be the face of Krispy Kreme! You'll be the first

smile our guests see when they walk through the door (or drive through), so we're counting on your upbeat energy and exceptional customer service to make every visit special.

What You'll Do:

Greet guests with a warm smile and positive attitude Serve delicious coffee, doughnuts, and other treats with energy and care Operate POS and cash register systems with accuracy Keep the shop clean, tidy, and in full compliance with food safety standards Provide product information and conduct doughnut/coffee demos when needed Share the joy--help promote Krispy Kreme on social media and during local events Take customer feedback to help improve service and offerings Jump in and assist wherever your team or leader needs you

What Makes You a Great Fit:

Previous customer service experience required (hospitality/food service a plus!) Drive-thru or barista experience is helpful Comfortable using POS systems and handling cash/card transactions Strong math, communication, and teamwork skills Social media savvy? Even better! Reliable, friendly, and professional in appearance and attitude
