Job Summary/Basic Function

The Kline Fitness Center Attendant provides customer service and operational support for the Dickinson community using the Kline Fitness Center. Duties will include monitoring check-in, opening and closing the Fitness Center, receiving and communicating maintenance requests, and providing exemplary customer service. Job entails sitting at a desk, however, Attendant will need to be able to do walkthroughs of the facility and use email on the computer.

A valid Driver's Licence is required. Employees (operators) must have been in possession of a valid operator's license for not less than three (3) years and the license must have been in good standing without interruption during that time period.

Successful candidate will also be required to complete ACT 153 Clearance

This position is considered "Emergency Staff." As such they may be required to report to work even when the college is closed or is operating under a delayed start.

Physical Demands

Attendant must be able to do walkthroughs of the facility. They are not required to move weights, but they are required to have the communication and collaboration skills necessary to have others assist them.
