About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented

Kitter

to prepare, assemble, and package kits of parts according to customer and production requirements. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy organized, repetitive tasks and take pride in accuracy and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

Pull, count, and organize parts based on work orders and kit lists. Accurately assemble kits according to specifications. Verify part numbers, quantities, and labeling for complete accuracy. Package and prepare completed kits for delivery to production or shipping. Use scales and basic measuring tools to ensure correct quantities. Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow all safety guidelines. Assist with general material handling and inventory tasks as needed.

Qualifications

High attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions. Basic computer skills for recording counts and transactions. Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs. Prior kitting, assembly, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required.
