What You'll Do
Clean and stock essential supplies: plates, silverware, pots, pans, and utensils. Maintain proper sanitation standards in all kitchen outlets in compliance with
Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD)
regulations and company Stewarding standards. Safely clean and sanitize all china, flatware, and kitchen equipment. Operate dish machines and handle cleaning chemicals (bleach, pine sol, oven cleaner, etc.) responsibly. Support the team by meeting attendance guidelines and following all regulatory, departmental, and company policies.####
Qualifications
Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a cleaning role preferred. Ability to work
any day of the week and any shift
. Strong teamwork skills and a professional, well-groomed appearance. Comfortable working in hot environments (up to 115F near dish machines). Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs, push carts, bend, stoop, and stack racks of dishes. Must respond to visual and auditory cues effectively.####
Requirements
SNHD Food Handler's Card
