Common Man Roadside is HIRING Kitchen Supervisors for our Manchester Millyard location in the Tru Hotel!



The Kitchen Supervisor contributes to the success of the kitchen by supporting the management team with operational duties while developing their skills as a leader. This position is a developmental step into leadership and is an important piece of strengthening the kitchen team and providing exceptional experiences to our guests.


Responsibilities include overseeing food prep and production, inventory and ordering, training and coaching staff, and maintaining cleanliness standards.


Nights and weekends are required for this role. Open availability and flexibility with scheduling desired.
