Responsibilities:
- Efficiently prep and assemble all menu items.
- Safely and competently operate kitchen equipment.
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of diverse cooking methods, ingredients, and procedures.
- Ensure food quality through proper rotation and quality control.
- Clean and upkeep cafe equipment and facilities.
- Engage with customers by delivering dishes and ensuring a stellar dining experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure consistent, quality food output.
- Prioritize cleanliness, adhere to all food safety guidelines, and maintain a spotless workspace.
