Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Team Member to join our culinary team. We are the high-end Japanese BBQ restaurant and serve A5 Grade Miyazaki Beef from Japan and Washu US Wagyu Beef from Oregon State. The ideal candidate will assist in food preparation, handling, dishwashing, and service in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Anyone who wants to start Japanese culinary career is very welcome!

Starting Hourly Rate:



$18.00-$22.00/hour (your past experience will be beneficial)

Job Positions Available:



- AM Prep and or Line Cook: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM

- PM Prep, Line Cook, and Dishwasher: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Responsibilities



Assist in food preparation and meal assembly according to set recipes Handle food safely and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area Support the culinary team in catering events and daily meal service Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient kitchen operations Aid in menu planning and contribute to the overall success of the kitchen

Experience



Previous experience in food handling, food preparation, or food service is beneficial Knowledge of culinary basics and kitchen operations is a plus Familiarity with menu planning and dietary department procedures is advantageous Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions diligently
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
