Diamondback Music Hall is the premier live music venue in the area. We need reliable, energetic Kitchen Staff who can handle the high-volume, dynamic environment of a concert venue kitchen. The Role: Versatile Kitchen Operations

This is a versatile position where you will be an essential team member, covering all duties necessary for a successful show night. Responsibilities include:

Cooking & Speed:

Quickly and accurately preparing our signature

bar staples

, including

pizza, wings, cheese bread, fries, and mozzarella sticks,

during peak service rushes.

Dishwashing:

Ensuring a continuous supply of clean dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware is available for both the kitchen and bar.

Cleaning & Sanitation:

Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing all workstations, equipment, floors, and storage areas before, during, and after shifts, adhering strictly to health codes.

Organizing & Prep:

Assisting with ingredient preparation, receiving deliveries, and organizing inventory and storage areas.

Late Nights:

Must be available for evening and late-night shifts, especially on weekends and show nights.

What We're Looking For

Experience:

Previous experience cooking high-volume items (fryers, ovens) in a commercial kitchen is a major plus, but a great attitude and willingness to work hard is essential.

Reliability:

You must be punctual and have reliable transportation--our schedule depends on you being here for showtime!

Stamina:

Ability to stand for long periods and work efficiently in a hot, high-energy environment.

Team Player:

Excellent communication skills to coordinate with the Back of House and Front of House teams seamlessly.

Flexibility:

Open availability for evenings and weekends is non-negotiable.
