We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our dynamic culinary team. In this role, you will assist in various kitchen operations, ensuring that our food preparation and service meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Responsibilities

Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of experienced chefs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces. Help with the setup and breakdown of banquet events, ensuring all food items are presented attractively. Support the team by bussing tables and ensuring that dining areas are clean and welcoming for guests. Follow all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge.

Skills

Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment is a plus. Strong communication skills to work effectively within a team setting. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. Attention to detail in food presentation and cleanliness standards. A passion for hospitality and providing excellent customer service. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. Be able to lift up to 25-50 lbs as needed
