We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Team Members to join our culinary team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional dining experiences by assisting with food preparation, cooking, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items according to established recipes and standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes and sanitizing work areas
Support the team during busy service periods by bussing tables and ensuring timely food delivery
Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation are met
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during meal service
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with front-of-house staff regarding guest needs
Skills
Experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred
Previous kitchen experience, including food preparation and cooking skills
Familiarity with banquet service is a plus
Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality
Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations
Excellent communication skills to work effectively within a team
Culinary experience is desirable but not mandatory
