Duties

Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during service periods. Support the front-of-house staff by bussing tables and assisting with guest needs when necessary. Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth service and address any issues that arise. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Requirements

Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred but not required; a passion for culinary arts is essential. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and provide excellent customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food safety practices is a plus. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills within the hospitality industry. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
