Responsibilities

Assist with food preparation, cooking, and plating of dishes according to established recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and sanitizing equipment Support food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Serve as a team player by bussing tables, refilling supplies, and assisting with customer requests when needed Help with banquet setup and service during special events or large functions Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service Uphold food safety standards at all times to prevent contamination or spoilage

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hotel environments is preferred but not required Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety protocols Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Basic understanding of food handling and sanitation procedures Culinary experience or hospitality background is a plus but not mandatory Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or evenings as needed

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 25 per week
