Dining Services is responsible for the preparation and serving of all meals, as well as, managing the food service production and delivery system, including purchase and inventory of food and supplies. Dining Services will insure conformance with food quality, nutrition, and productivity standards. Dining Services will practice time management techniques, and insure the highest possible client satisfaction. This position will be at Walloon Lake but may have occasional travel to Gaylord or Boyne Falls campus.
