Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Bus tables and assist with serving as needed during busy periods. Support banquet operations by preparing large quantities of food for events. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure seamless service.

Requirements

Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred. Familiarity with kitchen operations, including cooking techniques and food handling practices. Experience in banquet service or hotel kitchens is a plus. Strong culinary skills with an emphasis on food preparation and presentation. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests. Effective communication skills to work collaboratively within a team environment. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is essential. A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering high-quality dining experiences.
