Duties

Assist in food preparation by chopping, slicing, assembling ingredients, and following recipes accurately. Support cooking processes by operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness by washing dishes, cleaning workstations, and sanitizing surfaces regularly. Help with food handling and storage to ensure compliance with food safety regulations. Buss tables and assist with serving guests when needed to enhance customer experience. Support banquet and event setups by preparing ingredients and assisting with large-scale food service. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service delivery.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hotel kitchens is highly preferred. Familiarity with food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen safety protocols. Strong understanding of food handling procedures and sanitation standards. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively within a team environment. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks. Experience in banquet service or catering environments is a plus.
