Responsibilities

Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure all items are properly stored after cleaning. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including meal preparation and basic food handling. Support kitchen staff by keeping the flow of clean dishes and utensils consistent throughout service. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Help with inventory management by organizing kitchen supplies and reporting any shortages to management. Participate in maintaining overall kitchen cleanliness, including sweeping and mopping floors as required.
