Duties

As a Kitchen Prep, your responsibilities will include:

Making sauces, cutting vegetables, checking backup materials Ensuring all food handling procedures comply with safety and hygiene standards Utilizing knife skills for meal preparation and presentation Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area Participating in catering events as needed, ensuring high-quality service Supporting the team in various kitchen tasks Be able to learn and work new equipment Be able to follow recipes

Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in a kitchen or restaurant setting Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations Strong skills and experience in cooking and meal preparation Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating independence when necessary Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and management A passion for food service and commitment to delivering high-quality meals
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $7.25 - $10.50 per hour
