Now Hiring: Full-Time Kitchen lead

Schedule: Full-time, open availability preferred

What You'll Be Responsible For:

Leading and supervising BOH operations in absence of Chef, ensuring efficiency and high performance during service in the absence of the chef training, and mentoring kitchen staff to create a cohesive and motivated team Overseeing food quality, presentation, and consistency across all dishes Enforcing health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with local and federal regulations Collaborating with FOH management to maintain smooth kitchen-to-table operations Fostering a kitchen culture built on communication, accountability, and mutual respect
