We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to support our culinary team in preparing and maintaining a clean, efficient kitchen environment. Responsibilities

Assist with meal preparation and food handling to support chefs and kitchen staff Perform basic food prep tasks such as chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients using proper knife skills Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment in compliance with food safety standards Help with ingredient organization and storage to ensure freshness and proper inventory management Support food service operations by plating dishes and assisting with serving when needed Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for staff and customers Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times to maintain hygiene standards

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant, catering, or food service environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with cooking techniques, knife skills, and meal preparation is advantageous Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures is desirable Experience working in the food industry or culinary experience will be considered a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
