Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a Kitchen Helper to join our team in a bustling Freeze Dried environment. The ideal candidate will assist in tedious candy preparation (cutting/scooping/placing) , food handling, and maintaining a clean kitchen space.
Responsibilities:
- Support kitchen staff in candy tray preparation and bagging.
- Assist in food handling procedures following food safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment and utensils
- Collaborate with all kitchen helpers to ensure efficient workflow
- Help with basic food preparation tasks as needed
Skills:
- Previous experience in a food service or restaurant setting is preferred
- Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using kitchen tools such as knives and cutting boards
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards
