We are looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented

Kitchen Hood & Exhaust Cleaning Technician

to join our team. The technician will be responsible for cleaning commercial kitchen exhaust systems, including hoods, ducts, fans, and filters, ensuring compliance with NFPA 96 standards.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain kitchen exhaust systems using specialized pressure washing equipment and cleaning solutions. Set up and secure work areas, including funneling plastic sheeting containment. Use power washers, degreasers, and hand tools to remove grease buildup. Perform inspections and report any issues with the exhaust system. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures. Work in a team to complete jobs efficiently and professionally. Communicate effectively with customers and team members.

Qualifications

No experience necessary--training provided! Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, some exceptions will be made. Ability to work night shifts and flexible hours_

(typically off Friday and Saturdays)

_. Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working on ladders. Comfortable working in hot, greasy environments and in outside conditions. Must be able to pass a background check. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Prior experience in hood cleaning, pressure washing, or janitorial work is a plus
