Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of food items, including chopping vegetables, preparing meats, and mixing ingredients
Cook and plate food items according to established recipes and standards
Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and work areas
Assist in the receiving and storage of food and supplies
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Perform other duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager

Requirements:
Prior experience in a kitchen environment preferred, but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
