What you'll be doing
Prepare food to coordinate with meal hours Memorize menu, kitchen abbreviations, plating and food portions Follow standard recipes and special diet orders Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Follow sanitation and food production codes Clean kitchen equipment, utensils and appliances
Skills you'll bring along
Experience with kitchen equipment and cooking Accurate Able to learn and memorize Work in a fast-paced work environment Work as part of a team
Job Type
AM or PM shifts available. No Sunday hours Work rotating schedules including some evenings, weekends and holidays On-the-job training provided
