Kitchen and Bath Specialist
Chambersburg Kitchens and Countertops is a DBA of Floor Trader. We are a family owned local company that has been in business under Superior Floorcoverings the commercial division for over 20 years. We are seeking to expand our team to keep up with the demand of our Kitchen and Bath Business. We are looking for an experienced cabinet designer for kitchens and baths with background in residential remodeling and strong experience with 20/20 or DesignFlex. Responsibilities include guiding the client through the selection process, collection and compilation of project data, such as measurements and pricing of materials and labor, and completing the sale from start to finish.

Manage a job from start to finish, which includes the design, sale and preparation of all necessary documents Prepare cabinet layouts, job estimates, and purchase orders Visit job sites for measuring with the contractor, layouts, and client meetings Developing and maintaining relationships with builders, designers and end users Making sales calls to past, current and prospective customers Assist customers with design and product selections to meet their needs in our showroom Handle customer concerns and problem solve Manage multiple projects at a given time Maintain open communication with customers and vendors Consistently follow-up with customers Ability to participate effectively as a team member Involvement in a networking group or community engagment. Use DesignFlex formaly 2020 Design to create kitchen renderings for clients.
This position is a base plus salary plus commission position.

2 Saturdays a month required - 9-2PM so you still have your evenings. Saturdays go by quick as they are one of our busiest days of the week.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
