Seeking Kitchen Associate for fast paced production kitchen

Family-owned company whose mission is to help promote wellness and improve quality of life. Infusion of cannabis in topicals, tinctures, baked goods, caramels, gummies and more! This position requires stamina for standing for long periods of time and an ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Being part of the cannabis kitchen team means being responsible for everything from infusing our signature recipes to washing dishes, packaging and taking out the trash. JOB REQUIREMENTS

21+ years of age

Legally Authorized to work in the United States - all documentation required

Successfully pass a Background Screening and obtain Fingerprint Clearance Card at YOUR COST until after 90 days of successful employment

Successfully obtain a Delaware MMJ Center Agent card

Possess basic math, reading, and verbal skills

Punctual AND Reliable Transportation

Ability to follow The Farm Standard Operating Procedures in order to maintain compliance

Ability to interpret and take direction from Supervisors, Management, and any other member of Leadership

Must be able to perform various physical requirements -- while performing the duties of this position you may be required to reach with hands and arms, speak and hear, stand, walk, sit and use hands to type, write and handle equipment and containers. You may also be required to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; occasionally lift and/or move objects of 50 pounds or less.

MUST BE WILLING TO WORK EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS WITH NO SCHEDULE RESTRICTIONS

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or GED required

2-3 years of Kitchen experience a plus!
