Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Kitchen Staff at Jasmine Distributing in Cleveland, OH. The Kitchen Staff will be responsible for food preparation, cooking, ensuring hygiene standards are met, communicating effectively with team members, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Assist with food preparation under supervision. Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen area. Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly. Help receive and organize deliveries of ingredients and supplies. Support the team in packaging and labeling finished products. Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures. Work efficiently to meet daily production goals.

Food Preparation and Cooking skills Hygiene standards knowledge Effective Communication and Customer Service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in a kitchen or food service setting is a plus
