Peterson Senior Activity Center Meal Program - KearneyResponsibilities:
Responsible for general cleaning, housekeeping, and dishwashingin the kitchen and dining area. Ensure the
maintenance of all kitchen equipment and daily kitchen and dining area clean up
. Assist in daily meal preparation as needed.*Tasks and Duties:
Assist on serving line, as needed. Assist in daily meal preparation.
Clean kitchen area, dining area, and store room area
. Clean all utensils, cooking vessels, and serving equipment*.Inventory tracking/reporting as needed.
Education Requirements:
High School diploma or GED. Consideration will be given to individuals without a diploma or GED.
Required Skills:
Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with the general public and agency employees. Ability to stand for extended periods of time (cooking, meal serving, cleaning) Ability to lift more than 30 pounds on a regular basis.
Schedule/Hours:
20 hours per week
, Monday-Friday. Typical hours are scheduled between 9:30 am and 1:30 pm.Pay Rate:
Starting pay is$13.50
