Kinesiologist / Physical Therapy Aide

Join our compassionate, interdisciplinary team at Success Rehabilitation, Inc.

where you'll support individuals with brain injuries by providing therapy and exercise sessions under the guidance of licensed Physical Therapists. Your work will focus on improving clients' mobility, safety, and independence in their daily routines.

Key Responsibilities

Comply with all Success Rehabilitation Inc. policies and procedures

Integrate the mission of SRI into all job efforts

Provide scheduled therapy/exercise sessions for assigned clients

Document progress after each session and submit monthly clinical reports

Communicate with the clinical team, residential staff, and supervising Physical Therapist

Participate in developing client outcomes and attend team/family meetings as needed

Perform other duties and attend meetings as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or related field required Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to follow detailed instructions and therapy plans Experience with brain injury rehabilitation is a plus

Physical Demands

Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 60 lbs. occasionally Frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, twisting, and standing required
