The Rochester -- a fast-growing, community-driven sports tavern located inside the Sunland Village golf community -- is seeking a

hands-on Key Hourly / Supervisor

to support daily operations, lead by example, and help develop a service-forward, high-standards culture.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Open or close the restaurant confidently, ensuring readiness & smooth transitions Lead pre-shift huddles and set daily focus for the team Support servers & bartenders with table touches, running food & drinks, and coaching in real-time Ensure service steps and hospitality standards are consistently followed Manage guest relations with warmth, urgency, and ownership Assist with cash handling, comps, discounts, and deposits Support FOH training and onboarding Maintain a clean, organized, positive work environment Help execute events, live music nights, and community experiences Work collaboratively with BOH leadership to ensure smooth communication and execution

Who You Are

Proven restaurant experience (serving/bartending + shift lead preferred) Warm, friendly, confident guest presence Calm under pressure -- solution-oriented and steady Thorough, organized, and attentive to detail Understands POS flow, cash handling & service sequence Coachable and collaborative Takes pride in ownership and holds others to a standard with respect Positive, team-oriented communicator Reliable and consistent -- shows up ready to lead
