We are seeking a responsible and dynamic Key Holder to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in store operations, customer service, and team leadership. As a Key Holder, you will be entrusted with opening and closing the store, managing daily activities, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers. Duties



Open and close the store according to company procedures, ensuring security protocols are followed Assist customers with inquiries, returns, and product information to enhance customer satisfaction Supervise daily store operations including inventory management, merchandising, and stocking Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service Manage POS transactions, cash handling, and register operations accurately Oversee inventory control and assist with purchasing decisions to optimize stock levels Conduct employee orientation, training & development sessions for new hires and existing staff Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve store productivity Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and cleanliness standards Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities within the store

Requirements



Proven management or supervisory experience in retail or a related field Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team effectively Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus Proficiency in retail math, POS systems, cash handling, and inventory management software Experience in employee recruitment, interviewing, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and budgeting preferred Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and stock control Ability to handle customer service issues professionally and efficiently Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Knowledge of retail sales techniques, pricing strategies, and sales management principles Experience with marketing initiatives and promotional planning is advantageous Flexibility to work shifts including evenings or weekends as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
