Escapology is the world's fastest growing escape game franchise, with over 90 venues signed and over 88 operating around the world. At our store, we are seeking a Key Holder to join our team and help drive our business forward. The successful applicant will become an integral part of our team as we develop this exciting new venue. You'll report directly to the General Manager and Assistant Manager of the venue.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Store Managers in daily operations and management of the store Ensure store cleanliness and organization Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly Manage shifts effectively to optimize productivity Troubleshoots and resolves customer issues Perform general tasks around the venue to assist in its operation Deliver an excellent and professional customer service experience to customers Maintain safety standards Oversee the day to day operations Perform activities that facilitate the customer service experience
Experience:

Experience in guest services or hospitality industry is preferred Experience in shift management Strong leadership and organizational skills Strong computer literacy skills Excellent time management abilities Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Background in theater, public speaking, or events management is preferred

Pay is $14/hour + tips (about $2-3/hour)
