Learning Express Newton is looking for a dependable, customer-focused team member to join our staff as a Key Holder. This role is ideal for someone with prior retail experience who enjoys helping customers, keeping a store organized, and supporting daily operations.

As a Key Holder, you will open and close the store, assist with merchandising, restocking, and ensure the store runs smoothly during your shifts. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming environment for families, and we're looking for someone who values that same approach.

Responsibilities Include:

Opening and closing the store when scheduled Providing excellent customer service to families and children Maintaining store appearance and restocking throughout the day Supporting product receiving and backroom organization Assisting with merchandising and seasonal displays Helping guide part-time staff during your shift Ensuring the store stays organized, safe, and well-presented
We're Looking For:

Prior retail experience (key holder or shift lead experience preferred) Strong communication and customer service skills Someone reliable, punctual, and comfortable taking initiative The ability to multitask in a busy, fast-paced environment Availability on weekends A positive, friendly presence with families and children
