Position Overview:

We're looking for an enthusiastic and responsible

Key Holder

to join our team. As a Key Holder, you'll act as a leader on the sales floor, ensuring smooth store operations and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll support management by opening and closing the store, leading the team in their absence, and keeping the shop organized and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities:

Open and close the store, following proper procedures. Lead by example, providing excellent customer service and product knowledge. Assist with sales transactions, merchandising, and restocking. Assist with rental services and operations. Maintain store cleanliness and organization. Support training of new team members and foster a positive work environment. Handle cash, returns, and customer issues with professionalism.

Qualifications:

Previous retail/rental or customer service experience preferred. Passion for skiing, snowboarding, and outdoor gear. Reliable, responsible, and trustworthy with key holder responsibility. Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team. Availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak season.
