Kennel Technician - EXPERIENCED!
Maximilian Schnauzers is looking for experienced and responsible Kennel-techs or Vet-techs to join our team! This is an important role as it maintains the safety of our little dogs during the day as well as the night and evening. We are looking for 1 - 2 persons to join us for day shift and night shift.

You should live in Seminole County ONLY!!!

Must be flexible with time and able to work a varied shifts including weekends and holidays. Experience Preferred but will train responsible and dedicated individuals.

Duties will include but not be limited to:



Maintain overall cleanliness of dog rooms

Understand and carry out the weekly and monthly housekeeping list to maintain our facility cleanliness, the equipment and overall appearance



Maintain laundry for the kennel Play & exercise doggies and puppies daily Monitor and referee dog behavior Communicate with customers as needed Perform basic first aid on dogs as required Oversee basic operation of the dogs rooms Feeding, bathing and brushing Contact our vets as needed Vet runs for appointments Medication administration Assessing dog incidents as needed Discuss dog incidents with Management in person as needed Pick up or drop off to Airport when required Assist with the birthing of new puppies as needed Check inventory of supplies and report shortages to Manager Assist with ensuring that all supplies are on hand and ready for use Assess dog behavior and monitor their daily nutritional intake
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
