Kennel Attendant

works behind the scenes primarily with our boarding and daycare visitors. It is a very physical role and includes: feed and bathe dogs ; clean runs and common areas including turf; coordinate and supervise playtime ensuring the safety and welfare of our campers. The kennel attendant may also be called upon to administer medication or supplements as directed by Hospital Staff. Additional responsibilities include laundry and cleaning the hospital common areas, treatment, exam rooms and grooming suite as well as hospital grounds. Schedules and hours vary; must be willing to work a schedule that includes, mornings, afternoons, weekends and holidays. Prior kennel experience required.

Qualified candidates must demonstrate a passion for animals; possess excellent customer service skills, a strong work ethic, the ability to multi-task, work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities as well as work in a fast-past environment, and interact and communicate with staff and clients.
