Join Our Team as a Kennel Assistant!



We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Kennel Assistant to join our fast-paced veterinary team. This role includes janitorial and housekeeping responsibilities, as well as hands-on care for both feline and canine boarding guests--administering medications, walking dogs, cleaning and maintaining kennels and cages, and ensuring each pet receives compassionate attention.


The ideal candidate is organized, eager to learn, and a true team player. You'll also support hospital operations with light technician assisting, patient restraint, record-keeping, and help at the reception desk as needed. This is a physically active role requiring the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. If you love animals, enjoy staying busy, and are excited to grow in the veterinary field, we'd love to hear from you!


This is a full-time position, with a 4/10 schedule and availability needed Monday-Friday, and rotating weekends.

Compensation: $15-$17 per hour, for each hour worked

Minimum qualifications and skill set:




1+ years of kennel or animal handling experience Commitment to a career in veterinary medicine with ongoing training
