Our award winning, Old Lahaina Luau is a well-established business on Maui for 38 yrs. We thrive on sharing the Hawaiian culture through food, dance and aloha with our 350 guests nightly. We are seeking highly motivated, with attention to detail individuals to join our team. Performance Expectations:

Keeps their dressing area clean Comes to show prepared with all items needed to do their shift Is able to perform all dances according to the standards set by line captains and managers Prepares all costumes, accessories needed for the show prior to show time Treats customers and co-workers with courtesy and respect Completes job duties as assigned by line captains & managers Able to accept constructive criticism Willing to practice each dance number to meet our standards of excellence Attends all rehearsals, meetings and costume workshops called by Entertainment manager Respects and cares for all communal implements, costumes and supplies provided by the company Reports any broken or damaged costumes, supplies or implements to line captains or managers
