Job Description

St. Ignatius Elementary is seeking a full-time Music Teacher, Art Teacher and Librarian to teach Music, Art, and Library for grades K-8. The ideal candidate is a creative, energetic, and organized individual with classroom teaching experience and a passion for education. This person should have strong communication skills and be willing and able to collaborate with others as part of a professional learning community. He or she should have the ability to plan and implement engaging, standards-based instruction that meets the various learning needs and levels of students, while including technology to enhance the learning experience. Teacher must hold a valid teaching license in the State of Ohio, be Virtus trained (or willingness to be trained) and pass FBI and BCI background checks. Licensure and experience preferred.
