Salary: $63,500 - $72,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits

We are seeking a committed and creative K-8 Art Teacher to provide high-quality art instruction to students across all grade levels. The ideal candidate will develop and implement engaging lessons that foster students' artistic skills, critical thinking, and self-expression. This role involves collaborating with general education teachers and families, supporting student growth, and maintaining a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Art Education or a related field (Master's Degree preferred)
Valid New Jersey Instructional Certificate with Art endorsement or eligibility
3-5 years of experience teaching visual arts preferred
Strong knowledge of art techniques, media, and project-based learning
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with staff, parents, and support personnel
Experience managing classroom dynamics across multiple grade levels
Proficiency in Google Workspace and digital learning tools
Successful completion of required criminal history background check
Proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident status
