As a Delivery Driver, you'll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly, and ensuring that every bagel, pastry, and batch of coffee reaches its destination safely and on schedule.

Position Overview

As a K Brew Delivery Driver, you'll be responsible for loading, transporting, and unloading food and beverage items as well as warehouse goods between our production bakery and multiple K Brew cafe locations, as well as coffee deliveries to wholesale clients partners. You'll represent K Brew on the road and at each location, maintaining a positive attitude and commitment to quality, safety, hospitality and reliability.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a K Brew delivery vehicle to transport baked goods, beverages, and supplies between locations.


Load and unload product according to established checklists and delivery schedules.

Conduct vehicle inspections before and after each route; report any issues promptly.

Follow all food safety and handling procedures to maintain product quality.

Ensure timely deliveries, adhering to route schedules and store opening times.

Communicate clearly with store managers and the kitchen team regarding any delivery changes, shortages, or concerns.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle and storage areas.

Maintain a professional appearance and keep uniforms clean at all times, representing K Brew's commitment to quality and professionalism.

Assist with basic warehouse or kitchen support when delivery volume is light (e.g., sorting, labeling, staging orders).
Serve as a frontline point of contact for wholesale clients partners, by interacting professionally with wholesale partners, communicating clearly with the operations and wholesale teams, including documenting issues (e.g., photographing malfunctioning equipment), and accurately relaying customer feedback or complaints.

Qualifications

Must be 21 years or older with a valid Tennessee driver's license and a clean driving record.


Previous experience as a delivery driver (Amazon, FedEx, UPS, restaurant, or similar) preferred.

Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 75 lbs safely and repeatedly.

Strong time management and communication skills.

Friendly and outgoing personality.

Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working early mornings.

Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in deliveries and documentation.
Familiarity with GPS and route navigation apps.

Schedule

Typical shifts begin early morning (around 5:00 AM) and end mid-day.

Weekend availability will be required based on production and delivery needs.
